We're growing our team and looking for driven realtors new or experienced who want to build a real career in real estate, not just close deals.

What You'll Do





- Build and manage a client base across West Van, North Van, and Vancouver
- Represent buyers and sellers of residential properties
- Work alongside a team, leveraging shared training, leads, and mentorship
- Deliver a polished, high-touch client experience

Requirements

- Active BC real estate license (or in progress)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, coachable, and a team player
