The Role

We are seeking an energetic, adaptable, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Resceptionist Customer Service Representative. This multifaceted role combines front-desk customer service, quality inspection, shipping fulfillment, and exciting opportunities to travel to local and regional gymnastics meets to sell our merchandise on-site! Part time 3 days per week (Monday-Wednesday-Friday) with the possibility of full time. Summers off

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Support & Front Desk: Welcome visiting clients, answer phone calls, manage email inquiries.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished leotards and athletic wear for design accuracy, proper sizing, stitching, and overall quality before final packaging.
- Shipping & Fulfillment: Package customer orders securely, generate shipping labels, and coordinate daily courier pickups and tracking.
- Event Sales & Travel: Represent Jagwear on-site at select weekend gymnastics meets and competitions—setting up retail displays, assisting athletes and parents, and managing mobile sales.
- Administrative & Shop Support: Process sales transactions, handle basic administrative tasks, maintain order logs,



and keep the front-desk area clean and organized.

Qualifications

- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, retail, event sales, or order fulfillment.
- Exceptional attention to detail (essential for quality checking custom garments).
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems, POS tools, and online shipping software.
- Willingness and flexibility to work weekends and travel to weekend gymnastics competitions as needed.
- Asset: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (a strong plus for traveling to events)
- Ability to lift display equipment and product inventory boxes (up to ~30–50 lbs).
- Background or interest in gymnastics, dance, or custom apparel design is a strong asset!
