This is a PART-TIME 3 day work week function! MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR WEEKENDS

ABOUT US: iwa Spa is a full service wellness spa, based in beautiful Blue Mountain Village. The spa offers a wide range of wellness inspired services, creative spa packages, a boutique loaded with amazing products, and a truly one of a kind yoga practice in the warm volcanic rock studio (ganbanyoku). We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our incredible team. This position will require successful candidates to be trained on guest greeting, check in and check out, appointment bookings, educate guests on products in our boutique, be responsible for overall spa cleanliness and stocking, and act as a true team player.

RESPONSIBILITES:

- Communicate effectively, positively, and professionally at all times.




- Answer phones and receive walk in guests to answer questions regarding the spa, amenities and services, and to book appointments.
- Speak to the spa services, be able to provide descriptions of the Volcanic Rock Therapy and each service we offer.
- Maintain a thorough understanding and develop a deep comprehension of iwa Spa’s Booker platform.
- Work as a team to maintaining the cleanliness of the spa – lounge, retail boutique, change rooms, laundry, filling and emptying the dishwasher and other duties as assigned.
- Assist guests in finding the perfect products from our gorgeous iwa Spa Boutique.
- Work closely with colleagues to maintain a polished, professional spa environment.
- Be positive and friendly, helping to maintain a quality, team oriented work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS: This is a position ideal for mature, enthusiastic and responsible individuals, and for those looking to develop a career in the wellness, hospitality and tourism industry. Computer savvy with a working knowledge of Microsoft outlook is a necessity. Self- starter with strong initiative and willing to be an effective contributor to the team.
