Type: Full-Time

About the Role: As our receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your love for cars will shine through as you interact with clients, schedule appointments, and ensure a smooth operation at our shop. Your enthusiasm for automobiles and knowledge about the industry will help you deliver a superior customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers professionally and courteously.
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle inquiries.
- Manage customer records and maintain accurate documentation.
- Coordinate with technicians and other staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions.
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:





- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in basic computer skills.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role in the auto industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of auto body repair terminology is a plus but not required.
