This full-time position requires collaboration with management, effective communication with families and staff, and participation in team meetings. You'll need skills in organizing activities and maintaining records to ensure personalized care. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning resident programs and activities
- Maintain records on resident participation and assessments
- Communicate effectively with residents and families
- Facilitate resident outings and assess activity levels
- Support meal services as required Requirements:
- College diploma in Recreation or related field
- Experience working with seniors
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
