This leadership role reports to the Director of National Accounts, overseeing four Account Managers. You will drive operational excellence, ensure deadlines are met, and develop enhanced cleaning techniques. Building strong client relationships and responding to concerns will be key while you travel locally 60% of the time.

Key Responsibilities:



• Manage operational activities across your region for efficiency • Communicate policies and resolve performance issues effectively • Build and maintain client relationships through regular check-ins • Oversee recent account setups and ensure contract compliance • Travel within the region and support larger geographical needs

Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of managerial experience with mid-senior reports • Valid driver’s license and excellent standing required • Background in business finance, budgeting, and forecasting • Preferred education in business or project management • Previous experience in the janitorial industry preferred
