About the Role

Insight Behavioural Health Inc. is seeking a Registered Behaviour Analyst (R.B.A.) to join our growing clinical team. This role is ideal for a clinician who values ethical, family-centered ABA, enjoys mentoring staff, and wants flexibility while maintaining high clinical standards.

You will oversee ABA programming for autistic children and youth, provide direct clinical support, and collaborate closely with families, therapists, and leadership in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct assessments (e.g., ABLLS, AFLS, VB-MAPP) and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct 1:1 ABA sessions with clients
- Supervise and support Junior and Senior ABA Therapists
- Provide parent coaching and caregiver training
- Monitor data, analyze progress, and make data-driven clinical decisions
- Ensure programs align with CPBAO/BACB standards and evidence-based practice
- Collaborate with clinical leadership on service delivery and quality improvement
- Complete clinical documentation and reports in a timely manner

Qualifications

- Registered Behaviour Analyst (R.B.A.) in Ontario (required)
- BCBA certification (active or in good standing)




- Experience supervising ABA therapists and overseeing clinical programs
- Strong knowledge of skill acquisition, behavior reduction, and ethical practice
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Requirements

- Availability for daytime and after-school hours (Monday to Friday, 9am-6:30pm)
- Willingness to travel within the Durham Region/GTA as needed
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Vulnerable Sector Check clearance

Pay: $65,000.00-$78,000.00 per year
