About iGuide Academy iGuide Academy is an academic learning centre supporting children and youth with diverse learning, behavioural and academic needs. We are developing an integrated ABA and academic intervention model in which individualized behaviour-analytic programming is developed and clinically supervised by an RBA and implemented by trained Instructor Therapists (ITs).

The opportunity

We are seeking an experienced, dedicated and energetic Registered Behaviour Analyst (R.B.A. Ont.) — Clinical Supervisor / ABA Program Lead to join our energetic team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the development and implementation of individualized behavioral intervention plans for children with diverse needs, primarily focusing on autism spectrum disorder and related conditions.

The successful candidate will build and oversee individualized ABA programming, train and supervise iGuide ITs/RBTs, review clinical data, communicate with families, and help ensure that academic activities incorporated into intervention are clinically appropriate, measurable and documented.

Key responsibilities

- Conduct or oversee appropriate intake, assessment and functional/skills assessment processes within scope.
- Develop individualized ABA programs with measurable goals, mastery criteria, prompting procedures, reinforcement procedures and data-collection methods.
- Integrate academic skill targets into ABA programming when clinically appropriate and supported by the student's individualized goals.
- Train, observe and competency-assess iGuide ITs before and during direct implementation.
- Review session data and determine when programs should be modified, faded,



generalized or discontinued.
- Provide ongoing clinical supervision and case consultation.
- Coach ITs/RBTs in ethical, effective and student-centred implementation.
- Meet with parents/caregivers to explain goals, progress, recommendations and limitations.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMRs), documenting all client interactions, progress notes, and treatment modifications in compliance with privacy regulations
- Establish a clear distinction between clinical intervention and ordinary tutoring that is outside the clinical program.
- Support iGuide's policies regarding privacy, consent, safety, documentation and funding integrity.
- Participate in incident review, quality assurance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Current registration in good standing with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario as a Behaviour Analyst, with authorization appropriate to the duties performed.
- Relevant post-registration experience providing and/or supervising ABA services with children and youth, ideally including autism services.
- Proven experience working directly with children in clinical or educational settings, preferably within special education or behavioral health environments




- Strong knowledge of evidence-informed ABA, measurement, skill acquisition, prompting, reinforcement, generalization and behaviour-support practices.
- Experience supervising or training front-line staff.
- Strong written documentation and parent communication skills.
- Professional liability insurance appropriate to the practice.
- Vulnerable Sector Check acceptable to iGuide and applicable requirements.
- Experience integrating academic learning goals into individualized intervention is strongly preferred.
- High-school academic knowledge in English/reading/writing and/or mathematics is an asset.
