Tulua Team-oriented Health (TCH) is a Burnaby-based multidisciplinary clinic specializing in ADHD, trauma, emotional regulation, and whole-person health. Our team includes Registered Clinical Counsellors, a Registered Dietitian, and Nurse Practitioners working collaboratively to provide compassionate, evidence-based, trauma-informed care.
We are growing and looking for a Registered Dietitian who is passionate about helping people develop a healthier relationship with food, nutrition, and their overall wellbeing.
We are particularly interested in someone with an interest or experience in women’s health, although a broader interest in general health and wellness is also welcome.
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Registered Dietitian who is interested in developing and delivering a structured, follow-along nutrition program for clients.
Rather than focusing primarily on weight loss or traditional one-time nutrition appointments, we want to create a supportive program where clients can follow a practical, evidence-based nutrition plan over a defined period of time.
The ideal candidate will be excited by the opportunity to help design the program from the ground up, including its structure, educational content, resources, and client experience.
This position can be in-person, virtual, or a combination of both, depending on the candidate's preference and availability.
Key Responsibilities

- Develop and deliver a structured multi-week nutrition program that clients can follow along with
- Help determine the program structure, duration, educational topics, resources, and client supports
- Create practical nutrition resources, handouts, guides, and/or educational materials
- Support clients in developing sustainable nutrition and health habits
- Provide nutrition education focused on overall health and wellbeing rather than weight loss alone
- Incorporate a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and non-diet approach to nutrition care
- Collaborate with counsellors, Nurse Practitioners, and other members of the multidisciplinary team
- Participate in workshops, group programs, or educational events as appropriate
- Contribute ideas to the growth and development of TCH's nutrition and wellness programming
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
