Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Massage Therapists to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide skilled massage services to clients, promoting relaxation, relief from pain, and overall well-being. This role requires excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach to ensure a positive experience for every client.

The Massage

Therapist will work in a welcoming environment dedicated to health and relaxation, utilizing their expertise to help clients achieve their wellness goals. We are looking to hire 3 female therapists and 3 male therapists to hire immediately.

Responsibilities

- Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or other modalities.
- Consult with clients to understand their specific concerns and desired outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records of treatments provided.
- Educate clients on self-care techniques and recommend appropriate follow-up treatments if necessary.
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of massage equipment and treatment areas in compliance with health regulations.




- Manage appointment scheduling efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and practice productivity.
- Uphold professional standards of conduct, confidentiality, and ethics at all times.

Requirements

- Valid massage therapy license or certification as required by state regulations.
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to health conditions and massage therapy applications is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for clients.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively understand client needs and explain treatment plans.
- Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a high standard of hygiene throughout all treatments.
- Prior experience in a clinical or spa setting is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided if needed.
- A genuine passion for helping others achieve relaxation and wellness through therapeutic massage techniques.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract Pay: $50.00-$60.00 per hour
