Advanced Massage Therapy has served Winnipeg for 25 years across 6 locations. Our Northgate clinic has an established, direct-billed client base, and our front desk handles all booking, billing, marketing, and re-bookings – you focus on treating.

Compensation and pay

65% commission split on treatment revenue

Established client base with opportunities to grow your bookings and income

Independent Contractor status – responsible for your own taxes, CPP, professional liability insurance, and any benefits or coverage you choose to obtain

Job responsibilities

Assess clients and deliver evidence-informed treatment plans

Perform specialized modalities: deep tissue, myofascial release, prenatal, cupping, or manual lymphatic drainage (MLD)





Give clients practical home-care, stretching, and lifestyle strategies

Collaborate with our team as we grow our multidisciplinary care model

Qualifications

RMT in good standing with a Manitoba association (2,200-hour program), with active liability insurance

Strong communication skills, collaboration with teammates, commitment to safe, inclusive patient care An asset but not required: post-graduate certifications in specialized modalities (like Cupping, MLD, Myofascial, or Prenatal)
