About Fil-Thai Massage and Wellness Fil-Thai Massage and Wellness is looking for professional, caring, and motivated Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) to join our team.

We offer a flexible and supportive work environment where therapists can build their clientele, develop their skills, and provide quality massage therapy services to our clients.

We welcome experienced RMTs as well as student massage therapists who have completed at least one year of their massage therapy program.

Duties and Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Massage Therapy Services

- Provide professional and client-focused massage therapy treatments.
- Perform treatments based on the client's individual needs, goals, and health history.
- Use appropriate massage techniques within your education, training, and professional scope.
- Conduct client intake and treatment assessments as appropriate.
- Modify treatments based on client feedback and treatment response.
- Provide appropriate aftercare and home-care recommendations when applicable.

Client Care

- Create a welcoming, respectful, and comfortable environment for every client.
- Communicate professionally with clients before, during, and after treatments.
- Maintain appropriate professional boundaries at all times.




- Protect client privacy and confidentiality.
- Provide excellent customer service and contribute to a positive client experience.

Documentation & Professional Standards

- Maintain accurate client treatment records and SOAP notes as required.
- Follow applicable professional, health, safety, sanitation, and privacy standards.
- Maintain appropriate professional liability insurance and registration requirements where applicable.
- Work within your education, training, professional scope, and level of competency.
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment room.

Clinic Responsibilities

- Prepare the treatment room before appointments.
- Clean and sanitize the treatment area and equipment after each treatment.
- Maintain appropriate supplies and notify management when supplies are needed.
- Arrive on time and be prepared for scheduled appointments.
- Communicate schedule changes or concerns with management promptly.
- Work respectfully and cooperatively with other therapists and staff.
- Help maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented workplace.

QualificationsRegistered Massage Therapists

Applicants should have

- Recognized massage therapy education and training.
- Current registration/credentials applicable to their qualified practice.
- Appropriate professional liability insurance, where required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional and reliable work habits.
- A caring, respectful, and client-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Student Massage Therapists Students are welcome to apply!

We are open to students who have completed at least 1 year of their massage therapy program.

Student therapists must:

- Have completed at least one year of massage therapy education.
- Provide treatments only within their current level of education, training, and competency.




- Follow applicable school, insurance, professional, and regulatory requirements.
- Be willing to learn and accept feedback.
- Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and good communication.

Convenient Location Fil-Thai Massage and Wellness is conveniently located just behind T&T; Supermarket, making it easy for both clients and staff to access.

- Restaurants, shops, and other establishments are approximately 3 blocks away
- Convenient access to nearby food and everyday amenities

This is especially helpful for therapists working longer shifts, students coming between classes, and staff who want convenient access to restaurants and other services during breaks.

Schedule

We offer flexible scheduling and can accommodate therapists looking for:
