Role Description This is a full time, on-site Registered Massage Therapist role based in Vancouver, BC.

The Registered Massage

Therapist will provide therapeutic and relaxation-focused massage treatments, conduct thorough patient assessments, and develop appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering evidence-informed massage techniques, documenting patient progress, managing appointment schedules, and maintaining clean and safe treatment spaces. The role also involves educating patients on stress management strategies, collaborating with other healthcare professionals when appropriate, and delivering consistent, respectful customer service.



The therapist will uphold professional standards, comply with regulatory requirements, and contribute to a supportive clinic culture.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated proficiency in therapeutic massage techniques and body massage tailored to individual patient needs.
- Ability to perform techniques as appropriate in scope of practice.
- Skills in stress management coaching, including educating patients on relaxation, posture, and self-care strategies.
- Strong customer service skills, with a focus on patient communication, empathy, and building long-term therapeutic relationships.
- Current registration and good standing with the appropriate massage therapy regulatory body in British Columbia.
- Graduate of an accredited massage therapy program, with up-to-date first aid and CPR certification preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary clinic, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and manage a caseload efficiently.
- Physical stamina and body mechanics suitable for performing massage therapy safely over multiple sessions per day.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical, inclusive, and non-discriminatory care practices.
