What You'll Do

As an RMT at Elevated Holistic Wellness, you will:

- Provide exceptional,



client-centred massage therapy within your professional scope of practice.
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on each client's needs and goals.
- Clearly communicate treatment recommendations and appropriate ongoing care.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and professional clinical documentation.
- Manage your schedule and client follow-up responsibilities consistently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment environment.
- Collaborate professionally with other practitioners when multidisciplinary care may benefit a client.
- Build meaningful, long-term client relationships through exceptional care, communication, and appropriate treatment planning.
- Contribute positively to the clinic environment and the continued growth of your own practice.

What We're Looking For

Registered Massage Therapist

You meet the requirements to practise massage therapy in Calgary and maintain all required professional credentials.

Professional Association Membership

You are a member in good standing with a recognized massage therapy association accepted by major extended-health insurers.

Client-Centred Approach

You are committed to providing thoughtful, individualized care rather than a one-size-fits-all treatment experience.

Strong Communication Skills

You are comfortable educating clients, discussing treatment plans, recommending appropriate ongoing care, and collaborating with other practitioners.

Professional & Accountable

You are dependable, organized, respectful of clinic policies and shared spaces, and take ownership of your schedule, documentation,



and professional responsibilities.

Collaborative Mindset

You value working alongside other healthcare and wellness professionals and believe collaboration strengthens the client experience.

Requirements

- Registered Massage Therapist credentials appropriate for practice in Alberta
- Current membership in good standing with a recognized professional association
- Skilled liability insurance
- Ability to provide receipts acceptable to extended-health insurance providers
- Strong communication, organization, and client-care skills
- Commitment to maintaining professional documentation and standards of practice

Experience in therapeutic, deep-tissue, prenatal, sports massage, myofascial techniques, cupping, lymphatic drainage, TMJ treatment, or other specialized modalities is considered an asset.
