Responsibilities

- Perform therapeutic massage treatments tailored to individual client needs, utilizing various techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, or sports massage.
- Conduct thorough client assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and address specific health concerns.
- Maintain detailed and accurate treatment records in compliance with regulatory requirements and clinic policies.
- Educate clients on self-care practices, post-treatment instructions, and wellness strategies to enhance their overall health outcomes.
- Ensure a clean, safe,



and welcoming workplace by adhering to sanitation standards and health regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals or wellness staff to provide comprehensive care when necessary.

Skills

- Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to health assessments and treatment planning.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with diverse clients.
- Superior communication skills for explaining treatment procedures, answering questions, and providing wellness guidance.
- Proven ability to build rapport with clients, fostering trust and encouraging repeat visits.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism within a team environment.
- Certification as a Registered Massage Therapist from an accredited regulatory body is required.
- Prior experience in customer service roles is advantageous, demonstrating a commitment to client satisfaction.
