We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. Responsibilities

- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in hospital, outpatient, home care, assisted living, or nursing home settings.
- Administer medications accurately and safely, following physician orders and medical protocols.
- Monitor patient vital signs, assess symptoms, and document medical histories using electronic health record systems such as Epic or Cerner.
- Assist with laboratory procedures including phlebotomy and specimen collection to support diagnostic testing.
- Manage pain and develop individualized pain management plans to improve patient comfort.
- Coordinate case management activities to ensure seamless patient transitions across care settings.
- Provide education to patients and families about medical conditions, treatments,



medication use, and health maintenance strategies.

Requirements

- Valid nursing license with current registration in the applicable state or region.
- Proven experience working in hospital environments with acute care exposure preferred.
- Solid knowledge of medical terminology, medication administration protocols, and patient care standards.
- Experience with electronic health records systems such as Epic or Cerner is highly desirable.
- Background in pediatrics, senior care including dementia or assisted living environments is a plus.
- Skills in laboratory procedures like phlebotomy and familiarity with medical office operations are advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
