Overview
Join our agile healthcare team as a Registered Nurse (RN) and make a meaningful difference in patient care across diverse settings! In this vital role, you will provide compassionate, expert nursing services to patients of all ages, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Duties
- Assess patient conditions accurately and develop personalized care plans aligned with medical directives
- Administer medications and treatments safely, following established protocols and medical terminology standards
- Monitor vital signs, manage pain, and respond promptly to patient needs in acute care or long-term settings
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, case managers, and families to coordinate comprehensive patient care
- Perform phlebotomy procedures and assist with laboratory testing to support diagnostic processes
- Document all patient interactions meticulously in electronic health records such as Epic or Cerner systems
- Provide specialized care for pediatrics, seniors, dementia patients, or those requiring home health services
- Support patient education initiatives to promote understanding of health conditions and medication management
Requirements
- Valid RN license in good standing with relevant state licensing boards
- Proven experience in hospital settings with acute care expertise preferred
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems like Epic or Cerner is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, medication administration protocols, and laboratory procedures
- Experience working with diverse populations including children, seniors, or dementia patients is a plus
- Ability to perform phlebotomy and provide pain management effectively
- Prior experience in assisted living or nursing home environments is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care
