We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Registered Physiotherapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. Responsibilities

- Assess patients’ physical conditions by reviewing medical histories and conducting thorough evaluations using medical terminology and clinical skills.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, ensuring seamless integration of services across hospital departments such as acute care units and pediatrics.
- Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to optimize outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques,



and post-treatment exercises to promote long-term health.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with healthcare standards.
- Uphold hospital protocols for patient safety and infection control while delivering high-quality physiotherapy services.

Qualifications

- Valid registration as a Physiotherapist with the appropriate licensing authority.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy practice.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional patient care with empathy and professionalism.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with healthcare teams and patients alike.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Fee for service/ Percentage split compensation model Physiotherapist with their own caseload is preferred but not required part time with flexible hours and days that can lead to full time hours as the caseload grows
