We're looking for a full-time Registered Physiotherapist to join our busy sports medicine and orthopedic clinic. We're seeking a clinician who shares our commitment to evidence-based practice, clinical excellence, and delivering the highest quality client care. Duties

- Assess client's physical conditions through detailed subjective and objective assessments




- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs and goals
- Provide physiotherapy interventions, with a robust emphasis on manual therapy, therapeutic exercises and evidence-based practice.
- Monitor client progress regularly, adjusting treatment strategies to optimize outcomes
- Educate clients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and health maintenance techniques
- Document all client interactions thoroughly in accordance with clinical standards and medical terminology
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care for complex cases

Skills

- Proven experience working in an out-patient orthopedic setting, preferable sports medicine.
- Strong background in sports injuries, with the ability to adapt treatments for various ages and activities
- Excellent client care skills with a compassionate approach and active listening abilities
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy and healthcare documentation
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail and a high quality of client care
- Effective communication skills for liaising with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry best practices
