Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients to determine their physical condition and needs.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual patient assessments.
- Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to enhance recovery and mobility.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments, progress notes, and medical histories using appropriate medical terminology.
