Join a Practice Shaping the Future of Mental Health Care
Registered Psychologist / Registered Social Worker (Contract)
Virtual care + Calgary clinic | Flexible, self-directed schedule
Lodestone Psychology is a growing, values-driven practice in central Calgary for clinicians who want to do meaningful work, build a sustainable practice, and participate in the evolution of evidence-informed mental-health care.
We are seeking Registered Psychologists, Provisional Psychologists, and Registered Social Workers who are building or maintaining a caseload and want the autonomy of private practice without the administrative weight of managing every part of a business alone.
At Lodestone, you can create a practice that fits your life—full time, part-time, virtual, in-person, or hybrid—while working alongside a thoughtful, professionally aligned team. You will also have opportunities to contribute to innovative service areas focused on neuroplasticity, including Exomind rTMS and, where training, role, legal framework, and professional scope permit, psychedelic-assisted therapies.
Why Lodestone
Build a practice around your life
Private practice should create more freedom, not more administrative burden. Lodestone gives you the infrastructure, visibility, and professional home to focus on your clients and your clinical work.
- Set your own hours, availability, and caseload.
- Choose a full-time, part-time, or custom practice arrangement.
- Provide virtual care, in-person care, or a hybrid model.
- Practise independently while remaining connected to a supportive team.
- Grow at a pace that is aligned with your capacity, professional interests, and lifestyle.
Be part of what’s next Lodestone is building a modern mental-health practice that values thoughtful innovation alongside high-quality, ethical, client-centred care.
Clinicians may have opportunities to work in, learn about, or collaborate around emerging neuroplasticity-focused services, including:
- Exomind rTMS, a non-invasive brain-stimulation offering that may complement broader mental-health care pathways.
- Psychedelic-assisted therapy services, delivered only within applicable legal, regulatory, competency, supervision, and interdisciplinary-care requirements.
- Preparation, psychotherapy, integration, and psychosocial support roles appropriate to the clinician’s designation,
training, authorization, and scope of practice.
- Collaborative care models involving qualified prescribers and other regulated professionals where required.
This is an opportunity for clinicians who are curious about the future of mental-health treatment and want to grow their knowledge in a practice that takes ethical implementation, training, client safety, and professional standards seriously.
