Enhance resident experiences at Bayview Memorial Health Centre as a Rehabilitation Services Activities Aide. Facilitate daily activities to support seniors and communicate with the care team effectively. In this permanent part time role, you will work under the direction of the Recreation Therapist.

You will be pivotal in implementing patient activity programs and providing insights to the interdisciplinary team. Ideal candidates have prior experience in Recreation Therapy and a dedication to event planning and senior care. Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with the Charge Nurse on activity plans
- Deliver engaging activities for seniors
- Report observations to enhance resident care
- Develop and execute recreational programs and events
- Collaborate effectively within the healthcare team Requirements:
- Grade 12 education is a must
- Experience in Recreation Therapy is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Event planning experience is essential
