Agnico Eagle is seeking a dedicated Reliability Engineer to enhance mining operations at Detour Lake Mine. You will work within the Mobile Maintenance Department, ensuring compliance with our Health & Safety Code and environmental regulations. Your expertise will contribute to optimizing maintenance strategies and minimizing downtime through effective communication, leadership, and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:



• Oversee condition monitoring of mining equipment • Analyze reliability issues and recommend improvements • Develop and implement effective reliability programs • Provide technical support for maintenance operations • Evaluate and enhance preventative maintenance practices

Requirements: • Robust background in heavy-duty mining equipment • Proficiency in reliability tools like RCA and FMEA • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Field experience in open-pit mining environments • Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office Suite
