Bettermode is expanding its outbound sales motion and seeks an SDR Manager who can build from the ground up and scale a world-class team. You’ll design ICP targeting, experiment with messaging, and set up automation using AI tools to create a scalable, data-driven outbound engine. In the first 6-9 months, you’ll personally execute outbound campaigns to validate the model before hiring SDRs, then lead pipeline growth, enablement, and team performance.
