Position Summary The Replenisher is responsible for restocking merchandise on the sales floor, from rotating stock to merchandising recent products as they arrive. The shifts are Monday - Friday and the wage range is $20.75 - $23.50 per hour.

Key Responsibilities - Act as an ambassador of the company with all employees and customers.

- Maintain an emphasis on a safety culture, customer service, and efficiency as top priorities.
- Responsible for replenishment of merchandise on the sales floor.
- Assist in the stocking of incoming truck freight to the stock room.
- Put away and locate all incoming shipments.
- Maintain product displays on selling floor.
- Position will be working inside and outside.
- Help with vendor resets.
- Assist in keeping product signage/pricing accurate.
- General housekeeping duties and facility maintenance.
- Other duties as assigned by management.

Skills and Qualifications - Flexible and available to work evenings and weekends.

- Superior customer service skills.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Perform repetitive lifting.
- Forklift/scissor lift experience is an asset.

Physical Requirements - Ability to lift and carry up to 30lbs.

- Standing for long periods of time.
- Pulling, pushing, bending and torso twisting movements with weight.
