Your new company A well‑established property management group is seeking an experienced Resident Manager to oversee the safe, efficient, and professional operation of a residential rental building in New Westminster. Reporting to the Property Manager, this live‑in role is responsible for building operations, preventative maintenance, contractor oversight, and day‑to‑day resident support. Your new role - Oversee daily building operations, including common areas and mechanical systems

- Conduct regular inspections of common and mechanical areas
- Perform minor repairs and general maintenance (non‑licensed work)
- Coordinate and supervise contractors and service providers
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and curb appeal of the property
- Snow removal and ice control as required
- Respond to resident inquiries, service requests, and emergencies
- Complete work orders and basic administrative reporting
- Assist with suite turnovers, move‑ins/outs, and leasing tasks as required What you'll need to succeed - Previous experience in property management, building operations,



or resident management
- Strong practical knowledge of building systems and general repairs
- Working knowledge of the BC Residential Tenancy Act
- Experience with Yardi (Voyager/Breeze) and Angus, or similar systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
- Able to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
- Comfortable using a wide range of tools and performing hands‑on work What you'll get in return - Up to $50k salary
