Contractor rate for services $24.00/hour. Part Time, Permanent.

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Residential Cleaner to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of private homes, ensuring a meticulous and hygienic environment for our clients. Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other designated rooms.
- Use appropriate cleaning tools and eco-friendly products to ensure surfaces are spotless and sanitized.
- On occasion, completing laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens.
- Organize household items and maintain storage areas to promote orderliness.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences.
- Manage your schedule efficiently to complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes while maintaining high standards of quality.

Requirements

- Fluency in English.
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or hospitality environments is preferred.




- Strong organizational skills and excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks smoothly.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and reaching throughout the workday.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, laundry procedures, and basic household maintenance.
- Good communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Team player, being able to work alone and within a team to deliver services.
- A positive attitude with a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
