Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Residential Framer with 3-5 years experience to join our construction team.

The individual must have their own transportation to and from, and have their own hand tools.

In this role, you will be responsible for constructing the framework of residential buildings, ensuring structural integrity and precision according to blueprints and schematics. Your expertise will help bring new homes to life, transforming architectural visions into solid realities. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse residential projects, utilizing your carpentry skills and construction experience to build safe, durable, and high-quality homes.

Duties

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to accurately execute framing layouts.
- Construct wall frames, floor systems, roof trusses, and other structural components using hand tools and power tools.
- Operate heavy equipment such as Telehandler




- Conduct heavy lifting safely while maintaining adherence to safety protocols during construction activities.

Experience

- Proven experience in residential framing or general carpentry with a strong understanding of construction processes.
- Skilled in blueprint reading, need to have some knowledge.
- Hands-on experience operating power tools, hand tools, heavy equipment,
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently over extended periods.

Pay: $21.69-$39.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
