- Develop prevention strategies for discrimination and harassment

- Conduct formal investigations into complaints Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with 5 years relevant experience
- Proven track record in investigations and conflict resolution
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of human rights and workplace safety laws
