This permanent, full-time position demands an individual with at least eight years of experience in regulatory environments related to water sustainability. Your expertise will guide project management and stakeholder negotiations while fostering relationships with First Nations and other partners. Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with First Nations on Operations and Planning activities
- Lead and manage complex project initiatives
- Mentor and develop teams within Planning & Licensing
- Provide guidance on operational commitments under Water Use Plans
- Negotiate Water Use Agreements with third parties Requirements:
- University degree in Resource Management, Engineering, or related field
- Eight to ten years of relevant regulatory experience
- Robust interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven project management and negotiation experience
