Job Summary

We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to assist customers with mobile phones, accessories, and repair services. The position involves providing product information, recommending suitable products, processing sales transactions, and maintaining an organized store and inventory. The successful candidate will provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service.

Duties

- Greet customers and determine their needs regarding mobile phones, accessories, and repair services.
- Provide advice and recommend suitable mobile phones, accessories, products, and services.
- Explain product features, specifications, prices, and repair service options to customers.
- Process cash, cheque, credit card, and debit payments and operate the cash register.
- Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce.
- Advertise and promote mobile phones, accessories, products, and repair services.
- Assist with the display and arrangement of merchandise.
- Prepare merchandise for purchase and ensure products are properly packaged and presented.
- Operate computerized inventory record-keeping and re-ordering systems.




- Maintain sales and inventory records for inventory control.
- Receive and check merchandise and maintain adequate stock levels.
- Assist customers with basic questions regarding mobile phone functions, accessories, and repair services.

Experience

- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or a related customer service role.
- Previous experience working in a mobile phone store, selling mobile phones and accessories, or providing repair services is an asset.
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and inventory management is an asset.
- Knowledge of mobile phones, electronic devices, and accessories is an asset.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with positive attention to detail.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms or online sales processes is an asset.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
