Duties

- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to foster a welcoming shopping atmosphere
- Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs, offering detailed product demos and technical explanations when necessary
- Conduct upselling and cross-selling to enhance sales opportunities and maximize store revenue
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, transactions, and receipts
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention and highlight featured products
- Manage inventory levels through merchandising and stock replenishment, ensuring product availability
- Handle phone inquiries professionally, providing product information and directing calls appropriately




- Support cashiering duties with basic math skills for transactions and refunds while maintaining accuracy and efficiency

Qualifications

- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve a diverse customer base effectively
- Prior experience in retail sales, technology sales, or technical product demos is preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical features clearly and confidently
- Demonstrated organizational skills for managing stock, displays, and customer flow
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling, POS operations, and transaction processing
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a quick-paced environment
- Customer service orientation with a friendly phone etiquette and positive attitude
- Knowledge of merchandising principles, cash handling procedures, and POS systems is advantageous
- Previous experience in cashiering or retail sales roles will set you up for success in this energetic position
