As an RFP Coordinator, you will lead the end-to-end response process for Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring submissions are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time. This role requires a confident and thoughtful professional who can work independently, apply strong critical thinking, and collaborate effectively across teams. You will play a key role in shaping high-quality proposal responses that reflect both precision and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of RFP/RFI/RFQ responses from intake through submission - Analyze RFP requirements and translate them into clear action plans - Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and insights - Apply critical thinking to develop tailored, accurate, and compelling responses - Ensure all submissions meet client requirements, compliance standards, and deadlines - Act as a central point of coordination,
maintaining clear and professional communication across teams - Communicate with Sales and customers to clarify requirements and expectations - Maintain and continuously improve a centralized library of proposal content and past submissions - Identify opportunities to strengthen response quality, consistency, and process efficiency - Ensure adherence to established RFP processes, templates, and timelines to maintain consistency and quality across submissions Qualifications:
- College Education in related field (Business, Administration) or related experience - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Demonstrated ability to think critically and interpret complex requirements - Confident, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision - Humble and collaborative mindset, open to feedback and team input - Robust time management skills and attention to detail
