We are seeking a skilled Roofer to join our team in April. Must have 3 years minimum shingling experience. If you have metal roof experience that's a big plus. If you have other exterior renovation experience that will also be an massive asset.
- Install, repair, and maintain roofs using various materials such as shingles, metal
- Read and interpret scope of work to determine project specifications and requirements.
- Reliable transportation
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues or necessary repairs on existing roofs.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople, including carpenters and general maintenance person staff, to complete roofing projects efficiently.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for roofing tasks.
- Lift heavy materials as needed during installation or repair processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety standards are met.
