Sienna Senior Living is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse for their Creedom Valley Community in Creemore, Ontario. You will provide nursing care to residents, follow care plans, and work closely with an experienced team to ensure comfort and dignity in daily living. Reporting to the Director of Care, you will assess residents, coordinate care, and supervise support staff while maintaining a compassionate, resident-centered approach and solid communication with families.
