Position SummaryWe need a friendly and motivated Sales Reputation Specialist to help our business grow its online presence. In this highly flexible role, you can make your own schedule and completely work around your classes, sports, or other commitments. You will earn an exceptional wage by turning happy buyers into public advocates, sending friendly messages to collect Google reviews right after a successful sale.

Key Responsibilities

- Direct Outreach: Send personalized text messages or emails to buyers containing a direct link to our Google review form.
- Follow-Ups:



Track pending requests and send polite reminders to happy sales accounts.
- Review Monitoring: Check for incoming feedback and draft qualified responses using our simple templates.
- Reporting: Keep a quick log of how many reviews are completed each week.

Qualifications
- No Prior Experience Required: We will provide full training on everything you need to know.
- Time Management: Ability to stay organized while managing your own hours.
- Communication Skills: Good written communication with a friendly, polite tone.
- Tech Comfort: Access to a smartphone or computer and a reliable internet connection.

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour Expected hours: 5.0 – 15.0 per week
