The Job

 Enthusiastically greet all guests as soon as they walk in the door – make them feel welcome.

 Using Red Wing’s Ultimate Fit Experience, help customers find the right boot for their foot and their job.

 Create a safe and positive environment for all employees and customers

 Ensure the storefront is clean and presentable; highlighting Red Wing products in a clear and helpful format, consistent with brand standards.

 Process orders through the company POS system.

 Receive and stock inventory.
