Who You Are:

- 4+ years of sales experience, ideally in B2C, B2B, or trades
- Comfortable juggling high volumes of daily interactions and customer needs
- Exceptionally organized, laser-focused on follow-through, and never miss a detail
- Agile under pressure — you think fast, pivot faster, and always stay ahead

- Know how to sell to trade professionals — and earn their trust
- Take pride in helping customers complete complex, beautiful builds
- Wake up motivated, excited to make new connections, move fast, and chase every opportunity
- Work well in controlled chaos — multitasking is your default mode

What You’ll Do:

- Own and grow a large portfolio of warm, existing customers
- Build a portfolio of recent customers and be on the road 1-2 days per week
- Build deep, trusted relationships with builders, designers, and contractors
- Answer inquiries quickly, prepare quotes fast, and follow up relentlessly
- Operate from our Leaside location, helping customers at the counter and on the road when required

- We are open Monday to Friday 6:30 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday 6:30 am to 12:30 pm and team members work between 44-50+ hours in the busy season - is there anything stopping you from working on any of these days or hours?
- This position works a rotating schedule - every other week they have Saturday off, on weeks they are working on Saturdays, they will have an alternate day off during the week. Do you have any limitations to this schedule?
- This position requires safety boots or shoes (with green triangle and white rectangle) on a daily basis - you will need to have them for your first day. Is this a concern?
- This position requires strong English skills, but works with people from all over the world. While it is not required, do you speak any language(s) other than English and if yes, what are they?
