What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist customers in our showroom with energy and enthusiasm
- Build lasting relationships and help customers find the perfect vehicle
- Learn how to uncover customer needs and present vehicles, financing, and protection options with confidence
- Consistently follow up with customers and deliver a world-class ownership experience
- Hit / surpass sales goals with the support of a proven team and process
- Continuously develop your product knowledge and sales skills through training and coaching
What We’re Looking For:
- High energy, competitive, and hungry to succeed
- Coachable and eager to learn. No ego, just drive
- Strong communication and people skills (you don’t need car sales experience, but you must love connecting with people)
- Ability to stay focused and positive in a fast-paced setting
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Available to work evenings and weekends
