Vanity Centre is a Canadian-owned bathroom renovation, vanity, and flooring retailer serving homeowners and trade professionals throughout Toronto and the GTA.

We are seeking a driven, hands-on Sales Director to grow sales across our retail and skilled account business. The Sales Director will generate leads, develop new business, build strong customer relationships, conduct consultations, prepare proposals, and close sales.

The role serves retail customers as well as contractors, interior designers, builders, renovators, and property managers. The ideal candidate takes ownership of the complete sales process, from initial prospecting and consultation through to the completed sale.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategy for retail customers and professional trade accounts
- Manage exisiting trade accounts and establish long-term relationships with contractors, designers, builders, renovators, property managers, and other industry professionals
- Respond to incoming inquiries and consistently follow up with leads, showroom visitors, open quotes, and past customers
- Conduct sales consultations in the showroom, at customers’ homes, and on job sites

Qualifications
- Experience with bathroom products, vanities, plumbing fixtures, tiles, flooring,



construction, interior design, or home renovations is required
- Proven success in sales, business development, account management, or sales leadership in the home renovation indutry. This is a requirement. Applicants without 2+ years of indurty experience will not be considered.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads, build a pipeline, develop accounts, and close business
- Experience selling to both homeowners and professional trade clients
- Experience in renovation project management is a strong asset
- Comfortable conducting home consultations and visiting active construction or renovation sites
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organized, dependable, and results-oriented

Compensation $60,000 to $80,000 plus commission, based on experience. Work hours are flexible.
