About the Role This is an expansion role supporting the growth of YuJa’s Sales Development team . As an SDR , you’ll generate new business opportunities, build relationships with prospective clients, and schedule qualified meetings for our Account Executives.

Responsibilities

- Generate current opportunities through outbound calls, email, and LinkedIn .
- Qualify prospects and consistently achieve meeting and activity targets.




- Partner with Account Executives to support the sales cycle.
- Maintain accurate information in Salesforce CRM .
- Participate in ongoing sales and product training.
- High performers will have opportunities to develop toward a closing sales role .

About You

- College graduate with a degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in sales, SaaS, technology, or business development is preferred not mandatory .
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs .
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools .
- Driven, competitive, self-motivated, and eager to grow.

Schedule This is an office-based role , Monday to Friday, with standard working hours.
