You will lead a team of Recent Home Sales Consultants, coaching and training them to deliver outstanding results through our proven sales process. This role emphasizes recruiting, selecting, training, and inspiring your team to meet and exceed annual sales goals. You’ll set monthly targets and run weekly group trainings, with uncapped earning potential and a generous bonus structure.
