We’re looking for a Sales Manager who’s not just a manager, but an all-rounder—someone who can roll up their sleeves, sell cars, manage the sales floor, and take ownership of dealership performance. Think of it as a “one-man army” type of role—but with the support of a growing team and leadership that values initiative, responsibility, and results.

What You’ll Do
- Lead day-to-day sales operations and help drive revenue through both personal sales and team efforts
- Manage, support, and motivate a small team to hit monthly and annual sales goals
- Develop and execute smart, data-driven sales strategies
- Build strong relationships with customers and deliver a positive, no-pressure buying experience
- Coach and train team members on closing deals and providing excellent service
- Track leads and performance using CRM tools like Salesforce (or similar)
- Work closely with management to improve efficiency and dealership processes
What We’re Looking For
- Sales leadership experience preferred but not required—we’re open to the right attitude and drive
- Someone who takes initiative, works independently, and can manage multiple responsibilities
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable with CRM tools (Salesforce is a plus) and using data to improve performance
- A positive attitude and a genuine interest in helping customers
