I've spent 40+ years running hotel operations, and 20+ on the software side watching it get sold to operators who were never really asked what they needed. So I built the platform I always wanted on the floor — and now I'm looking for one person to help me put it in front of the properties that need it.

Altoreva is a PMS-agnostic hotel operations and security platform — built by operators, for operators. It's already live in resort operations in Aruba, with Operations and Security modules shipping today and Housekeeping close behind.

The role

This is a commission-based partnership, not a salaried seat. You sell Altoreva into independent and lightly-flagged resorts and hotel groups. You own the relationships. I handle product, implementation, and delivery — you focus on opening doors and closing them.
