- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction

Skills

- Proven experience in Automotive sales or retail sales environments with a focus on Customer satisfaction




- Strong communication skills, including Email & phone etiquette and active listening
- Ability to conduct effective product demos and explain technical features clearly
- Excellent organizational skills with time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Customer service orientation with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Experience with CRM systems, and technical sales processes
