This role requires a strong background in sales, customer service, and leadership. You will assist in managing membership functions, coordinate sales follow-ups, and promote a culture aligned with YMCA's Mission and Vision. Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate sales and renewals ensuring targets are met
- Provide exceptional service at the Sales desk
- Assist in recruitment and development of volunteers
- Monitor and manage Accounts Receivable effectively
- Participate in organizational initiatives and task groups Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Business or Marketing
- Minimum 2 years in sales and customer service
- Leadership experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
