Senior Salesforce Designer to design and optimize Salesforce solutions within a banking setting. This role will partner with business and technology teams to translate requirements into scalable, user-friendly Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design Salesforce solutions aligned with business and banking requirements.
- Create solution designs, workflows, and technical specifications.
- Partner with architects, developers, and business stakeholders.
- Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices, security, and governance standards.
- Support enhancements and continuous improvement of the Salesforce platform.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Salesforce experience, with strong solution/design experience.
- Experience designing Salesforce solutions in financial services/banking
.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, integrations, and data models.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Salesforce certifications preferred.
