Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and engaging conversation
- Demonstrate product features, advantages, and specifications clearly to customers from diverse backgrounds
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including cash handling and receipt issuance
- Manage order fulfillment efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of products or services to customers
- Maintain organized product displays and ensure the cleanliness and functionality of retail space
- Utilize marketing strategies to promote special offers, new products, or services to boost sales performance
- Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Negotiate effectively with customers to close sales while maintaining positive relationships




- Keep detailed records of sales activities using Microsoft Excel or other organizational tools
- Collaborate with team members on inventory management, maintenance tasks, and store organization to ensure a seamless shopping experience

Qualifications

- Proven experience in dealership or retail sales environments preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and order fulfillment processes
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of automotive repair or maintenance services is advantageous but not mandatory
- Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) is beneficial for understanding service workflows
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in sales documentation and inventory management
- Demonstrated negotiation skills and ability to handle math calculations accurately for pricing and discounts
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and positive attitude
