POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for an innovative and dedicated technology solutions designer in a full-time capacity. This position will include collaborative work, and the successful candidate will possess relevant experience demonstrative of being a multi-skilled and adaptive contributor in past working environments. In collaboration with the Solution Architect and Project Manager, the Salesforce Technical Architect will be a crucial member of our team of designers, developers, project managers, and business and quality assurance analysts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Produce the Technical Architectural deliverables, including Integration, Security Architecture, Technical Design and Deployment Architecture.
- Analyze and assess the technical feasibility of proposed solutions
- Provide technical leadership, guidance and direction to the development team in implementing the design
- Overall functional and data architecture of the system.
- Ensure that the solution is scalable, maintainable, available and secure.
- Identify and mitigate risks in the design and implementation of the Salesforce solution
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to developers to ensure code quality.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other developers
- Provide guidance integrations with external systems and bulk API jobs




- Provide guidance on the process and data architecture to the project team
- Resolve conflicts and issues in relation to the process and data architecture.
- Partition the architecture into logical functional components that a single developer can handle.
- Stay current with the latest Salesforce technologies and trends
- Liaison with Salesforce Product Team on issues or questions regarding the client’s Salesforce solution

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Development Lifecycle and Deployment Designer, Platform Developer 2, Integration Architect, Certified Administrator. An equivalent combination of experience could be considered.
- 8-10 years of demonstrated experience in defining and implementing technical architecture, ensuring security, scalability, and performance of Salesforce implementations.
- Must be able to fluently and strongly communicate in English (verbal and written).
- University degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline, an equivalent combination of education and experience could be considered.

SALARY: $110,000 to $150,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. START DATE: October 1st, 2026
