Scrum Master

We are looking for an experienced

Scrum Master to support Agile teams in delivering high-quality products while continuously improving team performance and delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

.

- Remove impediments and help teams stay focused on sprint and delivery goals.

- Coach teams and stakeholders on

Agile/Scrum principles and best practices

.

- Partner with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog

.

- Track sprint progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery metrics.

- Promote continuous improvement, collaboration, and effective cross-functional communication.





- Work with stakeholders and leadership to ensure transparency and timely delivery.

Must Have

- 8+ years of experience as a

Scrum Master in Agile environments.

- Strong knowledge of

Scrum and Agile methodologies

.

- Experience with

JIRA and Confluence

.

- Strong facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience managing dependencies, risks, and impediments across cross-functional teams.

Preferred

- CSM, PSM, Secure, or similar Agile certification

.

- Experience in banking, financial services, or enterprise technology environments.
